Hi, I’m Klaus (he/they). I’m a meditation and yoga teacher based in Worthing, UK.
I’m a proud queer person and I aim to create a welcoming space for everyone. I believe in using meditation and yoga to empower people and communities, and create safe spaces where we can learn from each other and thrive.
I trained in meditation and yoga at a traditional yoga school in Bali, Indonesia. My inspiring teachers; Gurus from ashrams in India and Indonesia; taught us philosophy, traditional Hatha and Astanga yoga techniques such as asanas, meditation and breath work.
