Why commission me?

    Analogue and Digital styles

    I can produce illustration in either my marker pen analogue style or my textured and colourful digital style.

    Inclusive illustration

    I’m a queer illustrator and I care about making sure my illustrations are diverse with a queer focus when possible. You can trust me to illustrate with sensitivity and joy.

    Creative solutions

    I’m the designer of a queer tarot deck that was shortlisted for a major art prize and featured on a BBC TV show.

Price List

  • I have a flexible day rate if you need to hire me for a project on unspecified length.

    Half day rate (4 hours)- £100

    Day rate (approx 8 hours)- £200

    Weekly rate (5 days on weekdays only)- £950 (please let me know if you need me full time for consecutive days as this can be arranged).

    Weekends can be arranged- but please talk to me so I can arrange this in advance.

    *I don’t work from an hourly rate, as I don’t work efficiently this way.

  • Want an illustration of a character you’ve created? I’ll illustrate in my style, but you can tell me if you want a specific kind of style, for example, a specific eye shape that’s crucial to the character design.

    I work from character descriptions, and ideally inspiration images, for example, a Pinterest board of people that have the features you’re looking for.

    One character

    • Head and shoulders (bust) - coloured with no background - £100

    • Head and shoulders (bust) - coloured with any sort of background - £120

    • Full body pose (head to feet) - coloured with no background - £150

    • Full body pose (head to feet) - coloured with any sort of background - £170

    Two characters

  • Want your book cover to stand out on the shelf?

    I enjoy portraiture and character art books, but I am also happy to illustrate anything for the cover (within reason). If you have an idea, concept or design in mind I can work with you to bring that to life.

    I’ll illustrate the cover in my style, but you can tell me if you want a specific kind of style, for example, a specific eye shape that’s crucial to the character design.

    Concept sketches

    I’ll design and roughly sketch 4 designs very early in our process, and let you pick one for me to take to final artwork.

    Note- If lots of concept/ design work is needed, I may need to bill you for extra work at my day rate- I’ll warn you ahead of time if I think this is needed.

    Drawing process

    I work from character descriptions, book covers you like, and ideally inspiration images, for example, a Pinterest board of things you like.

    Changes

    1 round of changes is included, if you want something in the design changed.

    Full colour book cover (full jacket- front, back and spine)

    £1,500 (with full copyright included)

    Every card deck is different! Whether you’re creating cards for your coaching business, or an oracle deck, my service is completely customisable depending on your needs.

    Cards

    I can illustrate a coherent full deck of cards, working to a specific colour scheme to match your branding, or working with you to design a new coherent design and colour scheme.

    Packaging

    I will also design the box/packaging, including any ‘surface design’ (which usually means a pattern or design that goes on a surface, for example, a floral print)

    Leaflets / Booklets

    I can also design and create accompanying leaflets or booklets to go with the deck.

    Support during printing

    Lastly, I will create final print ready files and support you during the submission process to whatever print company you choose to use.

    I’ll illustrate in my own style, but you can tell me if you want a specific kind of style, for example, a specific eye shape that’s crucial to the character design.

    I like to ideally have inspiration images, for example, a Pinterest board, so I have a good place to start from.

  • I’ll work with you to create a custom project.

    Projects you can commission me for include:

    • Packaging and branding (for example, illustrations to go on a box, jar, website, magazine, or any other other business application)

    • Posters (Illustrative posters, leaflets or other business documents that you want to be more illustrative/include illustrations)

What to expect

Getting clear on the brief

Together, we’ll outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.

We’ll either jump on a planning call or talk over email- whichever works best for you.

Sketches before final

I’ll create a round of initial sketches/concepts to make sure I’m on the right track.

You’ll be able to ask for 1 round of changes before we move forward with a final illustration/design.

Collaboration and communication

You’re part of the process, so I’ll keep communication open and share updates and decisions—so no surprises!

Tell me how often you’d like updates, and what channel works best for you. I like to keep clients updated with progress screenshots as I work.
